Ph.D. Dissertation
As a Ph.D. student in the Politics Department at NYU, my research examined the impact of fiscal pressures on political conflicts in states and localities across the United States over the last three decades. I worked with a range of datasets and examined the behavior of legislators, public unions, real estate interest groups, and voters. You can find the final product here.

China Beige Book
As a senior analyst with China Beige Book, I created analytical products based on structured online surveys of over 3,300 C-level executives and 160 banks across China’s 6 key sectors, 34 major industries, and 40+ cities. These reports mainly consisted of in-depth analyses of business conditions to help a range of clients forecast major macroeconomic swings. Check out the organization’s work below.

Humanitarian Outcomes
Working as a consultant with Humanitarian Outcomes, I helped produce the first multi-country evidence base for assessing security-related humanitarian access constraints. On another project, I identified drivers and determinants of violence against aid workers, using multiple regression and time-series analysis. Some of my work with the organization can be found below.
